Swift Technology Group is a committed STEM company with employees in active STEM Learning UK ambassador roles. Inspiring a future generation in engineering and aviation careers is key to the company mission and helping young people develop their skills in these areas is important to the industry as a whole.  

Swift Technology Group has invested in, and built long-term relationships, with youth programs across the UK, including schools, colleges, universities, the RAFAC, Scout groups and Build-a-Plane projects. Swift has mentored children and young adults in hands-on workshops, challenges and competitions both on-site at Scottow Enterprise Park (formerly RAF Coltishall) and on location. These events have been awe-inspiring for all parties, we’ve all learnt a lot from each other, and had fun along the way.
